Return & Order Policy

At Retro Bronc Co., most of our parts are made to order. We do not pull mass-produced parts off a shelf. Each order is built, finished, or prepared based on the customer’s selected setup, color, finish, and fitment.

Because of that, all made-to-order, custom-finished, painted, color-matched, or special-order items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or cancellations once production has started.

We build it right, and we ask customers to double-check their selection before placing an order.

Before You Order

Please make sure your vehicle model, trim, year, color option, and product selection are correct before checking out.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at:

Please include:

* Your order number
* Clear photos of the item
* Photos of the packaging
* A short description of the issue

We will review the situation and work with you to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale:

* Made-to-order products
* Custom color orders
* Painted or color-matched parts
* Special-order items
* Installed or used products
* Sale items
* Gift cards

These items cannot be returned or refunded due to change of mind, wrong selection, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.

Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before production begins.

Once production, painting, finishing, sourcing, or preparation has started, the order cannot be cancelled.

Exchanges

Because our products are made to order, we do not offer standard exchanges.

If you ordered the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll see what can be done before production starts.

Shipping Delays

Estimated lead times are provided as a guide. Since our products are made to order, production and shipping times may vary depending on finish, color, order volume, and carrier conditions.

Shipping delays are not considered grounds for cancellation or refund once production has started.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if we approve a valid claim for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow your bank or credit card provider time to process the refund.

Final Note

We are a build-focused shop, not a fast-turnover warehouse.
